Our experience

Luciana has always lived in one of the most beautiful squares in Florence, the Piazza del Carmine. And it was from there that her experiences of collaborating with architects on renovations and restorations began: in fact, her penthouse with its beautiful panoramic terrace is the result of a project realised in collaboration with Marcello Mariotti, searching for vintage techniques and materials.

And it is there, in the Oltrarno, in this picturesque district she favours, rich in culture and craftsmanship, where over the years Luciana has identified disused real estate complexes, which once renovated, have been tastefully and sensitively transformed into the most delightful charming residences sought after by her select clientele.

Thus, thanks to her keen sense of intuition and her great ability to see far beyond, Luciana, anticipating the times, contributed over the years to the transformation of many estates and hamlets in the characteristic San Frediano district; the so-called rive gauche of Florence even in those years when this characteristic district was far from being a desirable part of the city.
